Items may be Returned for a full refund to the payment method used by

To make a Return, please e-mail Krista with information about the item you wish to return and the reason for the return. She will then contact you with further instructions to return the item.
Upon receiving the returned item in a sound condition, the payment method used will be refunded the amount of the returned product price, shipping costs not included.
All shipping costs incurred are non-refundable and the responsibility of the buyer.
Items may be Exchanged for another item of equal or lesser value by
contacting Krista within 30 days of order shipment.
To make an exchange, please e-mail Krista with product information of Return and Exchange desire.
She will then contact you with instructions to ship the item wished to be returned for exchange.
